Returns & Refund Policy – Haus of Nur

At Haus of Nur, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (including perfume boxes, garment bags, etc.).
  • For hygiene reasons, perfumes, opened beauty products, and customised/tailored items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size/style is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservices@hausofnur.com with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
  • Shipping instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perfumes and beauty products (if opened/used).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email customerservices@hausofnur.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
  • Package the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.
  • Once received, we will process your exchange, refund, or store credit.
